Day of Coordinator Package

Do you wish to plan portions of your wedding yourself? Then this service is for you. With this service, you get the expertise and resources of a Professional Wedding Planner while having the flexibility to obtain some of the service providers on your own.

Wedding Consultation Package

For the couple who wishes to plan the entire wedding themselves or to have a starting off point. With this service, you get the expertise and resources of a Professional Wedding Planner and have the option to upgrade to a larger package if needed.

Destination Package

This is the ultimate package for a couple planning a complete, multi-day destination wedding. This package is designed to assist in every aspect of your special day, including all wedding events: from the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and post wedding brunch (or bridal luncheon). Our staff will make sure every aspect of your wedding abroad is planned flawlessly. This package includes all coordination listed below.

Wedding Coordination

  • Finding that perfect venue for your ceremony and reception
  • Designing your wedding from invitations to décor
  • Online RSVP tracking
  • Unlimited contact with your planner via phone or email
  • Discussing your wedding budget and providing a working document to manage it
  • We will provide all vendor referrals and will attend all vendor meetings
  • Review and manage all contracts with booked vendors for all three events
  • Ongoing coordination and constant communication with your vendors
  • Ceremony and reception layouts as well as a setup schedule and
    wedding day timeline
  • Setup of all approved décor including favors, lights, candles, etc.
  • Supervision of all vendors when setting up the day of your wedding
  • Rehearsal walkthrough
  • Our staff will arrive the day of your wedding to coordinate the entire event including your ceremony and reception for up to 10 hours.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

Work with the host of the rehearsal dinner to set a budget, find a
venue, coordinate, set up and decorate the event for up to 4 hours the
day of (includes travel time).

Brunch Coordination

Work with the host of the after-wedding breakfast brunch to set up a budget, find a venue, coordinate, setup and decorate the event for up to 3 hours the day of (includes travel time).

Wedding Decorator Package

For the couple who need original and creative set up and decorating services for the ceremony and reception or for their bridal suite. *all décor provided by the client, or can be rented separately from Circ’O Events.

  • 1 Progress Meeting (over the phone, in person, or via email – 1 hour) to review the needs of the client for decoration requirements.
  • Decoration set up for ceremony (up to 2 hours).
  • Table setting arrangement, place card settings, escort card table set up, favor set up, cake table set up centerpiece arrangements and set up, table arrangement for good event flow for your reception (up to 2 hours).

A La Carte Options

Hourly coordinator

  • $85/hr Monday – Thursday (2 hour minimum)
  • $150/hr Friday – Sunday (3 hour minimum)

Rehearsal only

  • $250 for 2 hours (includes travel time)
